About the role

You'll run the day-to-day of an active construction site: coordinating trades, sequencing work against the schedule, and making sure every task is done safely and to spec. You'll hold morning toolbox talks, inspect completed work, resolve conflicts between subcontractors, track deliveries and equipment, and keep daily site logs. When drawings and field conditions disagree, you'll flag it to the project manager and keep the crews productive while the answer comes back.

What you'll bring

You bring years of field experience, a trade or construction management background, and the authority that comes from knowing the work firsthand. You enforce safety without exceptions, communicate clearly with trades and inspectors, and stay calm when the schedule and the weather have other plans.
